From time to time 4 lights of the central button start blinking. In the charms pc settings pc devices, it shows up as Xbox 360 Wireless Controller via Play & Charge kit. It also says that exact same line in Device Manager under Xbox 360 peripherals. But on both PC and tablet I can't actually get it to provide input. The jewel on the controller will never lock into a player one led, it just flashes.
